Delivery and lead time
Production and shipping time is 8–9 weeks for lacquered fronts, and 10–12 weeks for veneered fronts and drawers. This timeframe is based on the moment payment is received, and the order is finally confirmed (it does not include delivery time). In the event of changes made after payment, the order date is the moment of confirmation of the compatibility of the elements.
American Walnut and Natural Oak shelves are available from stock and have lead times as stated on the product page.
Please note that we are not able to store stock. If you require your order in more than 12 weeks, please let us know when placing your order. Requesting a later stage to delay shipping may incur additional charges.
We offer you free shipping for orders over PLN 2,000 in Poland and EUR 1,500 in the EU. In other cases, you will find out the shipping price by selecting the country of delivery in the cart.
Orders are sent by either insured courier, dedicated transport on pallets or in a box.
The courier usually delivers the order within 48 hours in Poland and within the EU within 3-10 business days.
The shipment is delivered to the specified address (without being carried in) to the nearest place at the entrance door, which is accessible to the delivery vehicle and ensures safe unloading conditions.
The shipment may be heavy, so make sure you have help carrying it in. If the scheduled delivery cannot be made due to reasons you have power over, you may be required to charge reshipping costs.
