Payment methods
You can pay for your order at FRØPT using one of the following payment methods: credit or debit card, Apple Pay, Blik, Google Pay, Klarna, Przelewy24 or using the E-raty service offered by Santander Bank.
We will wait 7 days for the order to be paid. After this time, the order will be cancelled.
Orders placed by individuals and delivered within the EU are not subject to additional fees. For orders delivered outside the EU and intra-EU deliveries of goods within the EU, the amount of your order will be reduced by the value of VAT. Therefore, please note that customs duties and VAT are not included in the purchase price. These fees are added after receiving the order, according to local regulations in force in the relevant country.
If you need additional information, check the import thresholds and rates applicable in your country, all duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer.
It is possible to place an order as a company - registered in the EU, Switzerland, Norway or the UK.
