Returns and complaints
Fronts are made to order, so we cannot guarantee you the right to withdraw from the contract. The exceptions are samples, drawers, shelves and racks - you can return them within 14 days upon delivery.
You can submit a declaration of withdrawal in writing or by e-mail to hej@fropt.pl, and then return the items together with the packaging to the indicated address.
The refund of payment, including shipping costs, will be made to your bank account that you used to pay for the order. The cost of returning the shipment will be covered by you.
Send all complaints to the following address: hej@fropt.pl. The complaint should include:
- name and surname;
- address;
- description of the defects that are the subject of the notification;
- date of sale or order number;
- opis wad stanowiących przedmiot zgłoszenia;
- photos of the product that is the subject of the notification, taken in daylight from a distance of at least 1 m.
We will respond to complaints within 14 days in accordance with applicable regulations. Detailed information on warranty, guarantee and complaints is available in the Regulations.
Remember to check the packaging before accepting the shipment. If it is damaged, report it to the courier and write a damage report or refuse to accept the package. Without providing a damage report, we will not be able to file a complaint with the carrier on your behalf.
